• Our standard delivery window is between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• Please note that delivery times may vary due to traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
• While we strive to adhere to the delivery timeline, we appreciate your understanding in case of delays.
• Regardless of delivery time, we ensure our products remain fresh in our cooler boxes until they reach you.

3. Returns and Refunds for Batter Products:

• Due to the perishable nature of our batter products, returns are generally not accepted.
• Returns will only be considered if the product is delivered damaged or significantly puffed (indicating spoilage).
• In such cases, please contact our customer support immediately.
• We will arrange for the collection of the damaged or puffed packs for inspection and potential replacement or refund.

4. Returns and Refunds for Other Brand Products:

• For products from other brands sold through YUM2U, we accept returns if the product is found to be spoiled or has passed its expiry date.
• Please contact our customer support with details and photographic evidence.
• We will arrange for the return and provide a refund or replacement as appropriate.
