Cancellation & Refund Policy

At YUM2U, we pride ourselves on freshness. We prepare our batter specifically for each order. This policy outlines the terms for cancellation and refunds based on our unique preparation process.

1. Cancellation Window

Because we prepare batter fresh every morning based on that day's orders, our cancellation window is limited.

  • You may cancel your order for a future date anytime before 8:00 AM on the day of scheduled delivery.
  • Alternatively, you may cancel any order within one hour of its placement, regardless of the delivery date.

Once the batter preparation has begun for the day (after 8:00 AM), no modifications or cancellations can be made.

Examples:

  • Next-Day Delivery: If you place an order on September 3rd at 9:00 PM for delivery on September 4th, you have until September 4th at 5:00 AM to cancel it.
  • Same-Day Delivery: If you place an order on September 4th after 5:01 AM for same-day delivery, you have a thirty minutues window (until 5:31 AM) to cancel. However, If order placed after 5:31 AM for same-day delivery, cancellation is not possible.

2. How to Cancel

Please be aware that our team can only process cancellations that fall within the policy guidelines mentioned above. If batter preparation has already started, a cancellation will not be possible.

3. Refund Policy

For all successfully cancelled orders, the refund will be processed in the form of YUM2U Store Coupons. These coupons will be credited to your account and can be used for your next purchase with us. We do not offer cash refunds to the original payment source.

No refunds will be issued for orders that are cancelled after the specified cancellation window has passed.
