To ensure you receive the freshest product possible, we only prepare batter based on the orders we receive for the day. We do not stock pre-made batter. This commitment to freshness means our delivery process is structured and follows a daily schedule.

2. Delivery Schedule

Once your order is freshly prepared, our in-house delivery agents begin their routes. Deliveries for all orders start every day at 4:00 PM.

• Our agents follow an optimized route to ensure timely delivery for all customers.
• Your order will be delivered to you between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM on your selected delivery date.
• We currently deliver to select areas within Chennai. Please ensure your address is within our service area before placing an order.

3. Delivery Process
